This agreement is made between Go4Food.co.uk (referred to as "Go4Food," "we," "us"), a food delivery service platform, and the registered restaurant or food business (referred to as "the Vendor," "you") for the listing, order processing, and optional delivery services provided by Go4Food.
The relationship between Go4Food and the Vendor is one of independent contractors. Go4Food acts solely as an ordering platform and payment intermediary, connecting your service with the Customer and facilitating connections with a professional delivery network.
a. Menu and Pricing: You must provide Go4Food with an accurate and up-to-date menu and pricing. The prices listed on the Go4Food platform must be the same as the prices charged directly by you in your premises. We operate a zero-commission model and require no mark-ups on your listed food prices. b. Order Fulfillment: You are responsible for the timely, accurate, and high-quality preparation and packaging of all orders received through the Go4Food platform. c. Quality and Compliance: You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and compliance with all food safety and health regulations relating to the products you sell. d. Confirmation: You agree to promptly confirm receipt and acceptance of orders via the agreed-upon ordering mechanism. e. Collection: You must have the order fully prepared, packaged, and ready for collection by the assigned delivery driver immediately upon their arrival at your premises.
Go4Food operates a Pass-Through Financial Model designed to maximize your profit retention.
a. Customer Payment Components: The Total Order Value paid by the Customer to Go4Food includes the following components: i. Food Cost: The exact price of your food (passed to you). ii. Booking Fee: A fixed fee of £1.25 (Go4Food revenue). iii. Service Charge: 8% of the Food Cost (Go4Food revenue). iv. Delivery Charge: A separate fee processed for the independent delivery network (Go4Food passes this to the driver).
b. Vendor Payout: Go4Food will pass the full Food Cost (100% of your listed price) directly to you. * The Vendor is responsible for the associated incoming PayPal fee of £0.30 + 1.3% on the Food Cost component of the transaction. * Simply put: You receive 100% of the food price, less only your standard third-party payment processing fee.
c. No Commission: Go4Food does not charge the Vendor any commission on food sales under the current agreement. Our revenue is derived exclusively from the Booking Fee and Service Charge paid by the Customer.
a. Service Provision: Go4Food provides the logistical service of connecting the order with independent, local professional drivers (e.g., licensed taxi/private hire operators). b. Driver Status: The drivers are independent contractors and are not employees of Go4Food or the Vendor. c. b. Future Fee Structure: Effective January 1, 2026, all new vendors and vendors who do not qualify for Legacy status will be subject to a new fee structure: i. Subscription Fee: A monthly fee of £10.00. ii. Commission: A commission fee of 5% on the total Food Cost component value of all sales.
